1. 取得する情報
MBA相談または行政書士事務所向け広告相談フォームを任意で送信した場合、氏名または呼称、事務所名（該当する場合）、希望する連絡方法、SNSアカウントまたはメールアドレスを取得します。
2. 利用目的
取得した連絡先は、お問い合わせへの回答、関連サービスの案内、または広告提携の連絡にのみ利用します。診断回答全体を広告主へ提供したり、連絡先を販売したり、無関係なマーケティングに利用したりすることはありません。
3. Google AdMob
Androidアプリでは、結果表示前の広告配信にGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。Googleは、広告の配信・効果測定・不正利用防止のため、端末およびアプリの情報、広告IDなどの識別子（利用可能な場合）、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、広告の表示や操作、診断情報を処理する場合があります。
地域や法令上必要な場合は、Googleの同意画面を表示し、同意状況に応じて広告をリクエストします。広告を利用できない場合でも、診断結果の閲覧を妨げません。Googleによる情報の取扱いについては、Googleプライバシーポリシーおよび広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
4. 保存期間と削除
継続的な契約関係に至らなかったお問い合わせ情報は、原則として180日以内に削除します。契約または提携関係が成立した場合は、その履行および適用法令に必要な期間保存します。訂正または削除の希望は、最初に利用した連絡経路からお申し出ください。
5. 第三者提供と安全管理
お問い合わせ情報は、対応に必要な担当者のみがアクセスできるクラウド環境で管理します。新しいお問い合わせを担当チームへ通知するため、メール配信事業者がフォームに入力された情報を処理する場合があります。法令に基づく場合、またはフォーム上で明示したサービス提供者が問い合わせ対応を行う場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。
6. 本サービスの性質
本アプリは高度人材ポイントの目安を確認するための自己診断ツールであり、法律上の助言ではありません。在留資格または永住許可を保証するものではありません。

1. Information we collect
If you voluntarily submit an MBA enquiry or an advertising enquiry for an administrative scrivener office, we collect the name or preferred form of address, office name where applicable, preferred contact method, and the social-media account or email address you provide.
2. How we use information
We use contact details only to respond to your enquiry, explain a relevant service, or discuss an advertising partnership. We do not provide your full calculator answers to advertisers, sell contact details, or use them for unrelated marketing.
3. Google AdMob
The Android app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display an advertisement before the result screen. For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, Google may process device and app information, identifiers such as the advertising ID where available, approximate location inferred from the IP address, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information.
Where required by local law, the app presents Google's consent message and requests ads according to the resulting consent status. If an ad cannot be requested or loaded, access to calculator results is not blocked. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising policies.
4. Retention and deletion
Enquiry information that does not lead to an ongoing relationship is normally deleted within 180 days. If a service or partnership relationship is established, information is retained for as long as necessary to perform that relationship and comply with applicable law. You may request correction or deletion through the contact channel you originally used.
5. Sharing and security
Enquiry information is stored in a cloud environment and is accessible only to people who need it to handle the enquiry. An email-delivery provider may process information entered in the form so that the team can be notified of a new enquiry. We do not otherwise disclose personal information without consent except where required by law or where a service provider clearly identified in the form is responsible for responding to the enquiry.
6. Nature of the service
This app is a preliminary self-assessment tool for Japan's Highly Skilled Professional points system. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee a status of residence or permanent-residence approval.
